It allows caregivers to rest, attend to personal matters, or simply recharge, while ensuring that their loved ones receive professional care and support in their absence.

• In-Home Care

  • Commonly called HCP or Home Care Packages, this option provides personalized care services for those requiring complex aged care needs with the objective of maintaining the independence in the comfort of the client’s home. This includes assistance in the following fronts:
    • • Bathing, hygiene and grooming,
      • Nursing
      • Podiatry, physiotherapy, and other therapies
      • Meals and food preparation
      • Help with impairments or continence
      • Cleaning, laundry, and other chores
      • Home or garden maintenance
      • Transport: community access

• Residential Aged Care

  • This care option is carried out in specialized facility where elderly individuals live full-time and receive comprehensive care and support.
