What is Commonwealth Home Support Program?
Social Support Group (SSG)
Our Damayan Social Support Group is designed to assist elderly clients with participation to community life and social activities. We encourage a haven where anyone can laugh, sing, dance, and thrive.
At present, we have four (4) organized Social Support Groups in Brooklyn, Craigieburn, Clyde North, and Morwell. We are looking forward to form more social support groups throughout Victoria.
Social Support Individual (SSI)
Through Damayan Social Support Individual, we provide services to our clients through accompanied activities (various appointments and shopping), home visits, and welfare checks. This service is usually provided on a one-on-one basis but may also be provided to couples.
We endeavour to support you in accessing the community and accompanying you to your activities safely and on time.

FCCVi provides socialization through various social activities and friendly visits to reduce isolation and give opportunities to meet people who share common interests and culture. Our group-based activities will surely provide a joyous flavour with our renowned Filipino festivity and hospitality.
